TOUR CONDITIONS
• Wine Ways is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left on or off the vehicle.

• Wine Ways reserves the right to cancel, change itineraries and prices without notice.

• Accommodations: Our choice of hotels include charming 4-5 star hotels, many in renovated villas, "Palácios" or "Quintas", probably on wine estates. All with private baths.

• Transportation: We provide all the pick-up on day of arrival/departure at the designated airport and all ground transport during the stay. Van support included on biking and walking trips. For your convenience, on arrival & departure days we offer one shuttle between the nearest train station or airport and our tour's first hotel. Before finalizing your travel plans, please contact us for details on the time of the shuttle. It is necessary to arrive in Portugal the day before (Day one) the wine tour begins. We would be happy to provide suggestions for your pre-tour or post-tour itinerary and special needs; (accommodations, food, etc).

•  Deposit: To reserve your trip, we require 25% deposit of the trip´s total price to confirm the services. The balance must be paid within 30 days prior to departure. If the start date is less than 30 days away, payment in full is required. Payment will be made in Euros in the price quoted. We kindly ask you to use eletronic Bank transfer ( SWIFT/IBAN) or to send us a document showing your transfer.

• Preparing for your trip: We expect our travellers to be physically healthy and fit. You will receive pre-trip information in regards to: what to bring, predicted weather conditions, social etiquette, etc.

• Clients should be in good physical condition and are responsible for selecting a tour suitable to their athletic ability. Participants on non-active tours should still be prepared to do some walking over uneven terrain (vineyard paths, cobblestone streets, etc.). Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all time, and to act with respect towards other guests, the instructors, and the property. We reserve the discretionary right to decline to accept or to ask any individual to withdraw from any tour, or to limit the amount of wine any participant may consume. Wine Ways is not responsible for the actions of our contracted service providers.

• Insurance: We strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to prevent any financial loss in case of illness, accident, or other situations that may lead you to cancel your holidays. Also, we require that you have travel and medical insurance before joining us on a wine tour. We ask that you review the limited amount of the coverage included in your individual insurance package and confirm that you are adequately covered for any eventuality.

• Cancellations: Wine Ways strictly adheres to its cancellation policy and cannot make exceptions. If you are forced to cancel your trip, our policy is clear and straightforward: More than 20 days prior to departure: we will refund your deposit minus a 500 Euro administration fee per person. Less than 20 days, we do not perform refunds. Wine Ways is not responsible for expenses incurred in the eventuality of cancelled trips, such as airline tickets. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.

• Wine Ways reserves the right to modify the wineries visited, hotels and restaurants detailed in the itinerary, according to our quality standards and availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may find it necessary to make adjustments in our stated itinerary. Any changes will always maintain the high standard of our tours. Changes in accommodation will be replaced by a hotel of equal or superior rating. Guests must provide a signed "Tour Confirmation Form" prior to trip departure to be permitted to join the trip.

• Wine Ways reserves the right to cancel a tour. In this unlikely event, you will receive a complete refund. Wine Ways will not assume any other liability and is not responsible for any personal expenses as a result of a tour cancellation, such as airline tickets or pre-paid hotel reservations.

• Tour prices are based on a double accommodation. Single rooms can be booked for an additional fee. Please note, single rooms in many hotels are smaller than doubles, so what you are paying for is the privacy of your own room.

Please note: Included Gourmet Meals are pre-organized, not la carte. They are 3-6 courses per meal, that also include: wine ( still&desert), coffees or tea, mineral water and some local spirits.

Extra bottles of wine can be ordered at the client's discretion on their tab.

We reserve the right to change the itinerary depending on availability of the suppliers at time of booking. In the event of a change, a supplier of equal or greater value and quality will be chosen.
