Wine ways specializes in offering unique experiences in wine tasting tours and high quality food tours in the Alentejo, Ribatejo and Douro regions of Portugal.

These wine tasting tours are very exclusive and intend to give wine lovers and connoisseurs the opportunity to live an intimate and private experience in an unknown Portugal. They are lead by wine experts with Wines & Spirits Education Trust Certification.

Wine tasting tours

According to your taste and availability, you can choose one (or more) of the following wine tours:

1) 1 full day wine tour in Ribatejo or Alentejo;

2) a short break (3 days) wine tour in  Douro;

3) 1 week where you can mix options 1) and 2) into one, or you can order a special package (E.g.: ladies wine & beauty package).

You are driven to each location, introduced to the owner and winemakers and guided through each wine and wine tasting. You’ll discover small producers, meet top winemakers and be invited into “Solares” and “Palácios”, typical Portuguese manor houses. But Wine tasting won’t take up all of your time. Travel itineraries are well balanced with free time, superb wine and superb gastronomy and visits to places of interest.

Short wine tasting tours

So, if you don’t have a lot of time and still want to experience the joy of Portuguese wines, we suggest a short one day excursion from any of the main Portuguese cities, Lisbon and Oporto. We will pick you up in the morning and bring you back in the afternoon. These are first class packages.
